Get Involved Where It Counts!

One way that every US Citizen can help protect our children is to get involved with the law making process. It is an easy thing to do if you are serious about making a change. I will make it even easier for everyone by breaking the process down into three simple steps:

Step 1: Find pending laws about child abuse.

You can find pending laws at the following links:

U.S. Senate

U.S. House of Representatives

Congress

Step 2: Find your representatives.

Find your US House Representative

E-mail Your Representative
(auto e-mailer, simply fill in the information and text box and your e-mail is sent automatically)

Find your US Senator
(Senator's e-mail addresses also listed at this link)

Step 3: Send your representatives a message.

Tips on sending messages to legislators:

  • Give the name and number
of the pending law that you are contacting them about.
  • Keep your message courteous and brief.
  • Give your name, email, phone number and address.
  • Be sure to list your state, city, and county.
